- Defining company operations and reporting infrastructure;
- Identifying customer requirements and related development required for implementation;
- Executing wide range of process activities beginning with the RFQ trough development, manufacturing, testing and site delivery and implementation.
- Assessing and planning processes during transfer, reviewing local design requirements, production resource allocation and scheduling.
- Developing recommendations for reducing lead times, delays and costs;
- Custom machinery integration and infrastructure planning including controls automation;
- Implementing design solutions to maintaining quality and performance standards in compliance with local codes;
- Establishing and implementing procedures/training in the area of Design, Procurement and Assembly;
- Implementing the standard product handling system specific to new manufacturing environment.
- Participating in pre-sales meetings and offered technical support for project bidding;
- Operations Management including budgets of company’s departmental groups: Project Managers, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Design and R&D teams, Installations Projects, Sales/Pre-Sales, Customer Service and Support, Field Service and On-site Commissioning;
- Coordinating Infrastructure projects involving engineering assessments and studies, liaison with local utilities and government agencies ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations and with company standard engineering practices.
- Providing Technical Infrastructure planning and implementation solutions;
- Sales team technical with custom developed training programs and materials;
- Creating SOP and SOW documentation for internal professional services as required;
- Electronic document management usage, distribution, confidentiality and secure storage;
- Managing engineering change notices , review of 3D models, detailed drawings and operational procedures and processes within the company and its vendors;
- Providing project related information to internal departments and vendors enforcing strict Intellectual Property confidentially;
- Managing the Supply Chain including: order entry and processing, purchasing, inventory, vendor quality and standards compliance, database management;
- Coordinating and conduct meetings with stakeholders, customers, engineering consultants and vendors;
- Quality management, manufacturing and regulatory standards and compliance.
- Incident Response Coordination consisting of assessment, rapid plan recovery in critical time frame and coordination with internal technical teams and subcontractors for safe and recovery and startup.
- Customer Relationship Management initiating, planning, controlling, executing and closing project tasks to producing the feasible solution and customer satisfaction.
- Developing and Testing new business process along with supporting technologies, managed OEM equipment retrofit implementation and lifecycle extension thru future compatibility design methods and standards;
- Monitoring project management, schedule, cost tracking, actual performance and actual costing, and time spend against goals to ensure efficient and profitable execution
- Coordinating and Managed Engineering Design changes for North American Industrial Standards compliance and approval;
- Signing-off as built documentation from contractors and vendors;
- Managing System Integration with Automation Controls;
- Implementing IT solutions dedicated for extensive mechanical and electrical design;
- Coordinating all security policies pertaining to company’s IP and its off-site affiliates.
